Re-protestation of the Kalisz elders against a Sochaczew Jew in relation to the failure to meet the deadline
Mendel Herc, Osier Gitlin, and Marek Korzennik, elders of the Kalisz community, on behalf of the Greater Poland communities re-protest against the creditor of the Greater Poland region, the Sochaczew Jew Jakub Naselewicz, that instead of appearing in Przygodzice in order to settle accounts with them, as agreed with the rabbi of Poznań, he did not keep the agreed deadline and he made an unjust protestation against them in the Kalisz castle court.
